AMANDA JEAN NYC AFFILIATE AGREEMENT

By applying to and participating in the Amanda Jean NYC Affiliate Program, you agree to the following terms.

1. Participation

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate application and payment information. Participation is subject to approval by Amanda Jean NYC. You are an independent affiliate and may not represent yourself as our employee or make commitments on our behalf.

2. Affiliate Links and Codes

Once approved, you may promote Amanda Jean NYC using your assigned affiliate link or discount code. Customer discounts, tracking periods, attribution rules, and any exclusions are those disclosed in your affiliate portal or provided to you in writing before you begin promoting. Tracking may be affected by browser settings, cookies, or customers using other referral links.

3. Commissions and Payments

Your commission rate, payment schedule, payment method, and any minimum payout amount will be disclosed in your affiliate portal or in writing before participation. Commissions are calculated on qualifying merchandise revenue actually received after discounts, excluding taxes, shipping, and gift card purchases.

Canceled, refunded, fraudulent, or charged-back orders do not qualify. Partial returns reduce commissions proportionately. Commissions remain pending until the applicable return period has passed and the order has been reviewed. Any reversal of a previously paid commission will be explained and may be offset against future commissions.

You are responsible for providing payment and tax information and for taxes applicable to your earnings. Earnings are not guaranteed.

4. Honest Promotion and Disclosure

Your promotions must be truthful and reflect your honest opinions and actual experience. Do not make unsupported claims about our products or advertise expired or unauthorized offers.

Clearly disclose that you may earn a commission whenever you promote an affiliate link or code. For example: “I earn a commission when you shop through my link or use my code.”

Place the disclosure prominently with the recommendation, where viewers will easily notice it. Disclose free products or other benefits you receive as well. Follow applicable advertising requirements and platform rules.

5. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Use spam, deceptive advertising, fake accounts, or fraudulent orders.
• Make purchases through your own link or code to earn commissions.
• Publish your code on coupon or deal sites without written permission.
• Run paid advertisements using our brand name, or register domains or social accounts that appear to be official Amanda Jean NYC accounts, without written permission.
• Manipulate tracking or claim credit for purchases you did not refer.
• Use content, photos, music, or other materials without permission from their owner.

6. Brand Materials

You may use brand materials we provide solely to promote the program while you are an approved affiliate. Ownership remains with Amanda Jean NYC or the applicable rights holder. Stop using these materials if requested or when your participation ends. You retain ownership of content you create; any permission for us to reuse it will be agreed separately.

7. Confidentiality and Privacy

Keep nonpublic business information and any customer information confidential. Use personal information only as authorized for the program and protect it from unauthorized access. This obligation continues after participation ends.

8. Changes and Termination

Either party may end participation by written notice. We may suspend participation while investigating suspected violations and terminate participation for violations of these terms.

If participation ends, stop presenting yourself as a current affiliate and remove affiliate links, codes, and supplied brand materials from placements you control. Valid commissions earned before termination remain payable under the disclosed payment terms, subject to returns, fraud review, and documented adjustments.

We will notify you of material changes to the program before they take effect. Changes to commission rates apply prospectively and do not reduce commissions already earned. You may stop participating if you do not accept the changes.

9. Acceptance

By checking the acceptance box and submitting your application, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this agreement. Participation begins only after approval.
